About Scoobydoodle
Forty-four of the monsters in Scoobydoodle turn out to be someone in a mask. Only eight are the real thing, and most of those come from a short run of films around 2000 when the writers stopped pulling masks off: the cat creatures of Zombie Island, Morgan Moonscar, the Ravencrofts from Witch's Ghost and the Phantom Virus from Cyber Chase. Vincent Van Ghoul, from 13 Ghosts in 1985, is the odd one out.
The gang go down quickly, and so do the early villains, the Black Knight, Miner Forty-Niner, the Creeper and the Spooky Space Kook. The spin-offs are where a Scooby-Doo Wordle turns tricky. Mystery Incorporated brings Hot Dog Water, Angel Dynamite and Professor Pericles, the scheming parrot, and the dog family runs deeper than people expect, with Scooby-Dum, Scooby-Dee and Yabba-Doo all getting entries.
